Texting Blue for real estate: an existing iPhone, a narrow starter plan

A browser-based way to work with an iPhone number, with important limits for photo-heavy conversations.

The published Lite plan is text-only. Check that constraint before making it part of a showing-day workflow.

The modest starting configuration

Texting Blue lists Lite at $19 per number monthly with 100 messages per day, team access and API/webhook features. It connects an existing iPhone to a browser dashboard. Standard and Business are marked coming soon, so their advertised capabilities should not be assumed available in the starter plan.

The property workflow needs a demonstration

A text-only plan can still be relevant for short appointment coordination. A team expecting to send property photos or other rich material must verify what is supported today and decide how any unsupported material will be shared.

The provider describes Android SMS fallback as dependent on the iPhone and carrier. Ask to see the actual recipient experience and whether the same number remains visible. Public integration descriptions also differ in places, making a demo of your exact connector particularly useful.

Who will keep the phone working?

Identify the owner of the device, its connection and the account. Test what happens when that person is at a showing, away for a weekend or no longer on the team.

This is a candidate for a small operation with a compatible phone and a deliberately simple use case. A team seeking managed infrastructure or extensive media features should verify those requirements before treating the low subscription as a complete solution.
