Ask for the feature details and a demonstration in the CRM your team uses; a logo alone does not establish the complete workflow.

Monthly pricing is $249 per line plus $449 activation, with $199 per line at four or more lines. Annual pricing is $1,949 per line and waives activation. The provider publishes daily pacing limits, so unlimited-message language should not become an assumption of unlimited new inquiries.
What remains to establish
The site’s ROI illustrations use assumptions. A brokerage should compare actual appointment handling, human takeover and missed-message visibility during a small supported pilot. Ask for the onboarding deliverables and support ownership in writing. We have not independently measured the vendor’s claimed conversion improvements.
